PETER HARBAGE FELLOWSHIP

The Peter Harbage Fellowship is a scholarship fund with the Tides Foundation, a 501(c)(3) founded in 1976. The fellowship is led by Executive Director, Ingrid Aguirre Happoldt, Peter’s longtime friend and colleague with input and support from a talented Advisory Committee. The Advisory Committee includes:

 

• Ingrid Aguirre Happoldt, Executive Director, Peter Harbage Fellowship and Policy Consultant. Clients include Blue Shield of California Foundation, Culturally Responsive Domestic Violence Network and Hispanics in Philanthropy

• Sarah Arnquist, Chair of Harbage Fellowship Advisory Committee and Former Vice President of Client Partnerships at Beacon Health Options

• Toby Douglas, Former Head of the CA Department of Health Care Services and Senior VP of National Medicaid, Kaiser Permanente

• Verna Kuo, Founder and CEO, VHK Investments

• Jennifer Ryan, Former Vice President, Harbage Consulting

• Suzie Shupe, Former Chief Executive Officer, Redwood Community Health Coalition and Consultant

 

In addition to the Advisory Committee which seeks to develop and oversee the fellowship, a Fellowship Committee will help review applications. Fellowship Committee members include:
