PETER HARBAGE FELLOWSHIP

The Peter Harbage Fellowship is a scholarship fund with the Tides Foundation, a 501(c)(3) founded in 1976. The fellowship is led by Executive Director, Ingrid Aguirre Happoldt, Peter’s longtime friend and colleague with input and support from a talented Advisory Committee. The Advisory Committee includes:

 

• Ingrid Aguirre Happoldt, Executive Director, Peter Harbage Fellowship and Policy Consultant. Clients include Blue Shield of California Foundation, Culturally Responsive Domestic Violence Network, Hispanics in Philanthropy and Grantmakers Concerned with Immigrants and Refugees

• Sarah Arnquist, Chair of Harbage Fellowship Advisory Committee and Vice President of Client Partnerships at Beacon Health Options

• Susan Boring, Biologist and Grants Manager, US Fish and Wildlife Service

• Toby Douglas, Former Head of the CA Department of Health Care Services and Senior VP of National Medicaid, Kaiser Permanente

• Verna Kuo, Founder and CEO, VHK Investments

• Peter Mackler, Executive Director, Healthcare Policy and Advocacy at City of Hope

• Jennifer Ryan, Vice President, Harbage Consulting

• Suzie Shupe, Former Chief Executive Officer, Redwood Community Health Coalition and Consultant

 

In addition to the Advisory Committee which seeks to develop and oversee the fellowship, a Fellowship Committee will help review applications. Fellowship Committee members include:
